With signed rebrowned damascus twist barrels, engraved recessed patent breeches each with single platinum line, vent lining, and copper-lined maker's stamp, scroll engraved tang, signed scroll engraved locks (hammers repaired, one tube-holder replaced), figured walnut half-stock, chequered grip and fore-end (repaired), steel mounts engraved with pointers on the trigger-guard bow, and a spaniel and pheasant on the butt-cap tang, silver escutcheon, and later ramrod: in associated brass-bound lined and fitted oak case with some accessories including Sykes flask and shot bag, the lid with trade label (some lining replaced), London proof marks
