The centre painted with the figures of Adam and Eve in a wooded landscape, Eve standing barefoot in a ragged blue robe, her hands clasped and looking upwards, Adam kneeling at her feet observing a winged cherub above brandishing a flaming sword to prevent their return to the Garden of Eden, the border with two putti among scrolling green, yellow and blue foliage, within an ochre and brown line rim (very minor glaze flaking to rim)
