A Chinese famille rose hexagonal garden seat, 19th century
decorated in coloured enamels with panels of female figures at indoor leisurely pursuits including music playing and dancing, and further panels with pierced yellow ground roundels, bordered by a triangular series of raised nodes on a peony decorated turquoise reserve -- 18 1/8in. (46cm.) high.
