A Chinese famille verte saucer dish, Kangxi
enamelled with a flower basket with an arched handle, filled with an abundance of chrysanthemum, peony and other flowers, the rim encircled with four oblong cartouches of 'Scholar's Objects' reserved on a stylised floral ground further enriched with large flower-heads -- 8.1in. (20.5 cm.) diam.
