A Chinese gilt bronze figure of Amitayus, Qianlong
seated in dhyanasana on a high rectangular formed pierced platform, the hands folded to the lap in dhyana mudra, wearing a high ornate headdress, foliate earrings and a cloth dhoti that cascades over the end of the base -- 7 1/8in. (18cm.) high.
