A Chinese hanging scroll, 18th century
in ink and colour on silk depicting a group of Immortals and mythical beasts amongst cloud scrolls, one central figure seated on a throne before a three-fold screen, flanked by attendants, another seated above on a throne draped in a tiger skin, a censer of flaming pearls on the floor to the foreground -- 44½in. x 29¼in. (113cms x 74.2cms).
