    the censer Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), the jar 19th/20th Century
    The censer of compressed spherical form supported on scroll feet, the curved sides with a band of incised lotus between bosses divided by moulded lion-mask handles, the centre of the interior left in the biscuit and impressed with a flower head; the jar covered in a coffee-coloured greyish-black crackled glaze
