YUAN/EARLY MING DYNASTY
The carved and pierced group is fashioned as a duck resting on three large lotus leaves, a smaller bird hovering by its head, the details finely incised, the pale grey stone with darker grey flecks and inclusions.
2½ in. (6.3 cm.) diam.
A private UK collection, acquired between the early 1990s and the early 2000s.
