Well carved and hollowed in the form of an archaic bronze vessel with two square scrolling handles flanking the flaring neck, the body in medium to shallow relief with a taotie mask between bands of blades around the neck and base, standing on a spinach-jade stand with ruyi-shaped feet, the reverse with two bats in high relief, the highly polished stone of whitish green tone with occasional paler and russet inclusions
