    The hood with pagoda pediment and applied molded cornice over an arched glazed cupboard door opening to a white-painted dial with Roman and Arabic chapter rings enclosing a calendar aperture and sweep seconds ring surmounted by lunar dial, inscribed Andrew Billings, Poughkeepsie flanked by fluted colonettes above a waisted case with a shaped thumbmolded door flanked by fluted quarter columns above a box base, on ogee bracket
