    variously painted and gilt with ladies and dignitaries at leisure on terraces and in walled gardens of pavilions within borders of birds and butterflies among fruit and flower sprays and scattered precious objects -- 10.5/8in. (27cms) diam max, 19th century, (some small rim chips and nibbles, one with hairline rim crack, areas of enamel flaking and rubbing).
