The square glass base with canted borders, the front engraved with a coat-of-arms surmounted by a coronet, with circular silver collar and hinged cover in the form of a horse's head, realistically detailed, with berried laurel garland, modern, marked on collar

The arms are those of the Barons of Veltheim.
