A CYPRIOT BICHROME WARE AMPHORA
CYPRO-ARCHAIC, 750-475 B.C.
The ovoid body with straight neck and rounded rim, twin horizontally attached handles, decorated with line-filled triangles interspersed with concentric circles around the shoulder, concentric circles around the neck linked by single horizontal line, encircling bands above and below, on ring base; and a Wheelmade White Painted Ware amphora similar, the rounded rim with a zigzag band, concentric circles around the neck, a single wavy line between the handles and further encircling bands above and below, Cypro-Archaic, 750-475 B.C.
