A CYPRIOT RELIEF-DECORATED RED POLISHED WARE BOWL
EARLY BRONZE AGE, CIRCA 2000-1900 B.C.
The large deep bowl with rounded base and single spout, a loop handle decorated with incised herringbone motif, the tubular spout with gently flared rim and small ring handle connecting to rim of bowl, decorated on either side below the rim with a horizontal relief band, with circular impressions at intervals, each band flanked by a pair of small notched rim lugs
