In the Meissen style, moulded with the neu-ozier pattern, painted and gilt with a figure smoking a pipe between a waterfall and a building within a shaped quatrefoil cartouche issuing scrolls and enclosing simulated lustre panels, the border with two further vignettes of exotic figures and geometric scroll pattern (some areas of wear)
