Painted with a central flowerhead medallion radiating six pointed lappets with geometric ornament divided by six ogival blue-ground lappets reserved with scrolling foliage and flowerheads, surrounded by dragons and precious objects, the waisted spreading foot with a band of foliage scrolls (chipping and flaking to rim, slight wear to upper surface, footrim with flaking and very slight chipping)
