Delicately enamelled at the centre in a quatrefoil panel with a lady playing the qin in front of a chest of drawers with books, reserved on a grisaille diaper ground with white enamel scrolling foliage, the wide silvered border reserved with cartouches of blue flowers alternating with gilt foliage on an iron-red ground
