A FAMILLE ROSE YELLOW-GROUND 'MEDALLION' BOWL
JIAQING SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN IRON RED AND OF THE PERIOD (1796-1820)
The bowl is finely decorated on the exterior with four medallions of vases of flowers, bowls of fruit and various auspicious objects surrounded by lotus sprays on a vibrant lemon-yellow ground.
5 ¾ in. (14.5 cm.) diam.
A private English collection, inherited by the vendor in the 1980s.
