A fine Belle Epoque pearl and diamond necklace
the front composed of a graduated line of old-brilliant-cut diamond collets with smaller old-cut diamond divisions, suspending a fringe of seven graduated, vari-toned pear shaped pearl drops, each with rose-cut diamond openwork cusp, with old-cut diamond swags between, the knife edge back section interspersed with old-brilliant-cut and rose-cut diamond collets, mounted in platinum, circa 1910, accompanied by Pearl Identification Report number 976790 from The Precious Stone Laboratory, London, dated 28th January, 2005, stating that the pearls were found to be natural.
