A flambe glazed elephant with wood base
19th Century
standing four square with head turned and lowered to the right, circular aperture in the centre of its saddle -- 10¼in. (26cm.) long; and a pair of olive glazed joss stick holders modelled as Buddhistic lions, seated on their haunches with heads turn to the rear facing upwards, flaring cylindrical aperture rising up from their backs -- 5 1/8in. (13cm.) high, (one aperture restored).
