    In the Louis XVI style, After the model by Pierre Gouthière
    With pierced drapery-hung corona above three husk-cast suspension chains joined by a wreath, the central baluster vase with a waisted neck and issuing foliage, with two tiers of fluted scrolled arms, the three upper arms each issuing from a goat head mask, each with leaf-cast nozzle and circular drip-pan, the six lower arms issuing from three female masks with leaf-cast drip-pans, fitted for electricity
