Inlaid overall with floral trellis panels and shaped panels with floral sprays, the shaped rectangular arc en arbalette top with a foliate rim above a pair of doors, each centred by an oval Sèvres plaque depicting a pair of cherubs symbolising the Arts, enclosing a mahogany-lined interior with two shelves, flanked by rounded angles headed by pierced acanthus mounts, the base with a serpentine-fronted top above a shaped frieze with one drawer and on cabriole legs
