A FRENCH POLYCHROME-DECORATED MARQUETERIE DE PAILLE (STRAW WORK) RECTANGULAR BOX EARLY 19TH CENTURY Depicting landscapes, floral motifs and harbours, the hinged top concealing a mirror and a quantity of small lidded boxes within two levels, with Pietro Accorsi trade label numbered '291', some losses to the straw 3¼ in. (8 cm.) high; 11 in. (28 cm.) wide; 7¾ in. (19.5 cm.) deep
