MARK OF A G WITH STANDING LION, FOR MICHAUX, LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY
Shaped oblong, the sides pierced with beaded ovolo borders, on fluted supports joined by ribbons and swags, engraved with coronets, with two small lion's mask and corded drop ring handles and a detachable gilt-metal liner - 11in. (28cm.) long, 11.5oz.
