The broken arched pediment carved with foliage and fruiting garlands, above a moulded cornice centred by a bearded mask and flanked by birds and foliage, above a pair of doors, carved with a central cabochon flanked by birds and scrolling foliage, enclosing a plain interior with a shelf, framed by multiple foliate borders, the angles with figural pilasters headed by fruit baskets, the base-section with two foliate-carved frieze drawers above two doors carved with oval panels symbolising War and Piece, each enclosing a plain interior with a shelf, within extensive foliage and framed by multiple foliate borders, divided by a classical figural tapering pilaster, the sides with strapwork and foliate cartouches, above a waisted and spreading apron carved with lotus flowers, on bun feet, the left panel of the base section possibly earlier
