First of all, let me apologise for the for the trouble you are having with our settlement statements and the slight delay in my reply.
I realise that you hand delivered your jewellery to us; however, we had to send a few pieces back to you. This is how the freight and customs duty charges were incurred.
As for insurance, it will be waived and you will be reimbursed with the amount. Please fax us your insurance waiver letter.
I hope you will be pleased with this arrangement.
