Tapering circular and with slightly spreading foot, the spout and body chased and engraved with foliate scrolls, flowers and rocaille, with later ebonised wood handle, engraved with a coat-of-arms within elaborate mantling, the hinged cover with baluster finial, marked underneath and inside cover, the base engraved with a scratchweight '29*4'
