A GEORGE III MAHOGANY AND MARQUETRY OVAL PEMBROKE TABLE Late 18th century Crossbanded overall in rosewood, the twin-flap top centred by an ellipse inlaid with a shell, above a mahogany-lined frieze drawer at one end and a simulated drawer at the other, on square tapering legs with sunk panels, brass caps and castors, the simulated drawer lacking handles, the handles replaced 27¾ in. (70.5 cm.) high; 35½ in. (90 cm.) wide, open; 30 in. (76 cm.) deep
