Possibly Scottish, third quarter 18th century
The rectangular moulded top above two short and three long graduated ash-lined drawers, on shaped bracket feet, the handles apparently original, the underside inscribed 'Bottom'

The use of ash in the construction may suggest a Scottish origin, in common with many other pieces of Scottish manufacture.
