The rectangular top above a mahogany-lined frieze drawer flanked on the left by a deep drawer with a removable open box and on the right by a shallow drawer and a deep drawer with removable box, with a simulated drawer and two simulated cupboards on the left-hand side and a conforming arrangement on the right-hand side, enclosing a pot-cupboard, on chamfered legs headed by trefoil-arched inlaid panels and fan medallions, with Norman Adams dealers label, inscribed in chalk '47VK', the handles replaced, the removable drawers originally metal-lined
