The rectangular twin-flap top crossbanded in tulipwood, the quarter- veneered central panel with an oval medallion inlaid with flowers, each flap with a further sprig of flowers, above a frieze drawer with a later slide, on square tapering legs with pinched block feet and later brass castors, originally with a stretcher, the lopers replaced, restorations, later handles
29½ in. (75 cm.) high; 37 in. (94 cm.) wide, open; 24¾ in. (63 cm.) deep
Bought by the present owner from Blairmans at the Grosvenor House Fair, 1972.
