The stepped base with square plinth engraved with oval crested medallions within sunbursts fitted at the corners with with four paneled double-scrolling arms supporting either flaring candle holders with bands of stiff leaf-tips or octangular pierced baskets, centering a pyramid with four further shorter arms and surmounted by a deep boat-shaped basket with up-scrolled arms and pierced with paterae and a band of leaf-tips
