The oblong stand on four foliate paw supports, the gadrooned rim with elaborate floral and foliate shell corners, the raised platform initialed each end H, with four foliate shell supports for the eight sized and reeded bottle rings, the four rising stretchers supporting elaborate foliate shell ring handle, with two silver covered cut glass bottles, another smaller, and five bottles, with three stoppers, one replaced, one lacking, marked on the handle bracket, stand, three bottle rims
