Finely embroidered in coloured wools with silk details with scrolling flowers and fruit including carnations, pears, tulips and pansies, with a pair of pheasants, butterflies, a parrot and other birds, the centre with the coat of arms of the Wer of Cologne and von Gayl, edged with later gilt metal braid, some wear, re-backed
