A gilt bronze tripod censer and cover
of globular shape, with lion head and scrolling upright ruyi-head handles, the feet with mythical mask terminals, the body cast in relief with flowers and scrolling foliage below a band of key-fret to the rim, the pierced cover with Buddhistic lion finial above a band of openwork flowers and foliage -- 8in. (20.3cm.) high, (minor rubbing).
