The rectangular rock crystal body with curved ends, each side finely carved with a palmette, the hinged cover with pearl-set gold rim, enclosing a gold dauber, with original velvet and silk lined wood box, the cover stamped in Russian 'Faberge, St. Petersburg, Moscow, London', marked on rim
