A gold, turquoise and ruby-set vinaigrette
circa 1840, possibly French
Formed as a quiver of arrows, the triangular body with plain reverse, pomegranate finial, and applied arrow-ends, the cover chased with a vine, set with turquoise stones and rubies, with stiff-leaf border, and foliate thumbpiece set with three turquoise stones, the grille cut to resemble arrows
