A greenish-white jade ink stone and a pale ceadon jadeite wrist rest,
the ink stone carved in relief on the interior with a thirteen-character inscription followed by a seal, the reverse carved with a melon; the top of the rounded rectangular wrist rest carved in shallow relief with flowering plants and pierced rockwork
3 5/8in. and 2 7/8in. (9cm. and 7.2cm.) long, the wrist rest with wood stand, the inkstone with fitted box and cover (2)
