A GREENISH-YELLOW JADE FISH-FORM PENDANT
LATE SHANG-EARLY WESTERN ZHOU DYNASTY, 11TH-9TH CENTURY BC
The pendant of arc-shape has a suspension hole in front of the head, and the tail has a cutting edge to be used as a tool. The features are well defined in grooved lines, and the stone is of greenish-yellow tone with extensive opaque alteration.
