THE FIRST SIGNED SATO SEI, THE FOURTH SIGNED TADASHI, MEIJI PERIOD (LATE 19TH CENTURY)
Each worked in silver or copper wire and coloured enamels, the first a pair with birds among willow, rocks and flowers; the second a vase with cranes among reeds on a dark blue ground; the third an oval box depicting irises; a pair of vases with cranes on a dark blue ground, and a lobed vase with wisteria on a pink ground, all with copper mounts
