A GROUP OF THREE GERMAN SILVER HISTORISMUS ITEMS,
HANAU, CIRCA 1900,
Comprising a nef chased with putti & sea creatures, the ten crewmen in 19th century naval uniform, 11½ in. high (29.5 cm.), 9¼ in. wide (23.5cm.), a small wager cup in 17th century style in form of a woman with floral-chased skirt, 6 in. high (15.2 cm.), & a lobed dish on foot in 17th century style, with engraved panels of eagle, monkeys & farmyard animals, the raised centre with domed capstan, it's cover lifting to reveal a small putto with garland in each hand, 4½ in. high (11.2 cm.), 33.75 oz. (3)
