    A Japanese brown and gold lacquer rounded rectangular box and cover with silver rims decorated in hiramakie, takamakie and kirigane with prunus branches issuing from rockwork on a roironuri ground, within a border of key-frets and a band of stylised kiku-heads to the sides, the interior fitted with a tray decorated with egrets in a stream among bamboo on a nashiji ground (minor chips) -- 6¼.in.high.
