A large bronze censer, cover and stand
with snarling karashishi finial and handles modelled as flames, supported on three feet modelled as crouching oni, the body with two mon to opposite sides, set upon a tiered lotus petal base with attached bronze characters and incised inscriptions to the lower section -- 43in. (109cms) high max., (some damages, rubbing and old wear).
