The interior brightly enamelled and gilt with six five-clawed dragons confronted around three flaming pearls on the everted rim, the centre with a peacock, a peahen and a pair of smaller birds amongst rockwork, peony, chrysanthemum and magnolia, and the steep sides with large colourful butterflies and insects amongst flower and fruit sprays, the exterior with three large floral sprays
