The tray of rounded rectangular form with raised beaded border, centred by a laurel-banded oval in an engine-turned rectangular panel surrounded by swagged laurel medallions, with a pair of spirally-reeded side-handles, the stand with a panelled frieze on ring-turned tapering legs and feet, the tray with marks '4', '2', '8'...... and serial number '647 964'
