MARK OF V.R. (Cyrillic), MOSCOW, CIRCA 1890,
With pull-off top, decorated with bands of flowers & scrolls on alternate silver-gilt & white enamel grounds, turquoise bead borders, the decoration in white, red, green, mauve & 3 shades of blue, 2½ in. high (6.4 cm.).
