A LATE GEORGE III MAHOGANY FIVE-PEDESTAL DINING-TABLE
Comprising two D-shaped end-sections and three rectangular pedestal-sections, each with a tilt-top and on a ring-turned column and square downswept legs, brass caps and castors, ten clips, four extra leaves, with one small fragmentary leaf (not included in the length measurement), two end-section platforms partially replaced, three feet repaired, some caps stamped 'COPE & COLLINSON PATENT'
28½ in. (72 cm.) high; 238¼ in. (610 cm.) long, fully extended; 51½ in. (131 cm.) wide.
Pedestal sections: one 25½ in. (65 cm.) wide; two 26½ in. (67.5 cm.) wide; two 28 in. (71 cm.) wide.
The loose leaves: one 24½ in. (61.5 cm.) wide; two 26½ in. (67.5 cm.) wide; one 28 in. (71 cm.) wide; the fragment 12 in. (30.5 cm.) wide
