The rectangular leather-lined top with a three-quarter gallery, the arched back with retractable firescreen later lined in tooled leather, the side with hinged compartments, above a slightly incurved frieze drawer over square tapering legs, joined by and incurved shelf, ending in later casters, lock stamped PATENT/SECURE/LEVER LOCK and VR with a crown, left rear caster missing
