The chased and engraved dial with Arabic minute and hour chapter rings set with blue-painted white enamel Roman hour plaques and blued-steel hands, above a piereced scrolling foliate mount set with birds and centered with an enamel plaque inscribed CLES VOISIN/APARIS, surmounted by a molded arched top set with flaming urns, on a molded ebonized base and reeded button feet, the movement signed Ces. Voisin AParis and stamped 133360
