    A LATE VICTORIAN MAHOGANY SATINWOOD AND ROSEWOOD MARQUETRY SIDEBOARD TABLE AND MATCHING PEDESTAL URNS
    In the George III style, by Howard & Sons
    The sideboard table with a rectangular crossbanded top and fan spandrels above the stiff leaf-carved frieze flanked by ram's head mounts, on leaf-capped fluted tapering legs united by twin X-shaped stretchers, the campana shaped urns each with domed covers and flambeau finials decorated with foliate inlay and Greek key borders, the interiors lined in lead, the bases decorated with ribbon-tied swag drapery on a waisted lapetted foot, each cupboard pedestal with conforming decoration and ram's head carved mounts on a plinth base, each with imprinted ivorine label 'HOWARD & SONS LTD/25,26,27 BERNERS ST/LONDON, W.' and stamped '16325/7202'
    The sideboard table 35in. (89cm.) high, 76½in. (194cm.) wide, 31in. (79cm.) deep, the pedestal urns 65½in. (166cm.) high, 21in. (53cm.) wide, 21in. (53cm.) deep
